Improve Connection worked on one of the Citi accounts. The second one continued to freeze Q, so I deleted the account and re-entered it. That account is now Direct Connect but it took me over an hour…1 -

I set up a meeting with a Quicken specialist who walked me through a long recovery operation to reconnect all my banks. It took over an hour but all is well now.1 -
